Representative Mulder placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The following members moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest: Representative Murkowski Representative Kemplen Representative Dyson Representative Rokeberg Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 339(FIN) pass the House?"
